Born to Fly


You have a full life, a big life, but you still can’t help but think something is missing (and that makes you feel guilty as hell).

Because I’ve been there, too. I have struggled with self-doubt, overwhelm, and stress for so long. But I also know that you don’t have to accept that as your normal any more.  

When I started my own business, I thought it would get better. I was finally taking the bull by the horns, so to speak. But guess what? The negative self talk only got louder. I was very close to a complete burn out. What got me back on track? Getting in tune to trusting myself, following my intuition, and focusing 100% on managing my stress and mindset. 

Have those thoughts disappeared completely? Hell no! But now I have the tools to work through those feelings when they come up.

And though this process we work through in Born to Fly, you can learn them too.

We’ll work through a four-step process that will honor you and your unique make-up, gifts, and way of being.

step 1-Foundation

Lay the foundation of self-care through establishing habits and mindfulness to set you up for success and let go of those thought gremlins

Step 2 - mindset

Dig deep into mindset - identify what is holding you back, how to tune into your intuition, and how to start trusting yourself


step 3 - Clarity

Clarify your vision - Create that big picture plan of what you truly want

Step 4 - action

Take action - go and do the damn thing - but we break it down into achievable and actionable steps

The beauty of this program is that it is entirely customized to YOU, where you are, and where you want to be.




  • Pre-work -- You’ll have some pre-work to help you get your head in the game, and to help me understand where you want to focus our time together. 

  • 60 Minute Growth Plan call. Then we’ll kick off our coaching relationship with a full hour together, where we will create a Growth Plan. The Growth Plan will be our guide. After the first meeting, the following meetings will be 30 minutes for either 2 months or 4 months.

  • Weekly - 30 minute coaching calls

  • Individualized worksheets each week
